Clinical supervision in occupational therapy is a collaborative and reflective process that supports professional growth and the development of clinical reasoning. Rather than simply providing answers, effective supervision creates a safe space for therapists to explore complex cases, reflect on their decision-making, and consider alternative approaches. It encourages independent problem-solving, critical thinking, and ongoing learning. Through structured reflection and dialogue, supervision helps therapists build confidence, navigate challenges, and continuously improve their practice.
